Costrategist is a social commerce consultancy and growth agency built at the intersection of creativity and commerce. Founded by Krys after more than 15 years shaping how brands sell in emerging digital environments, the agency was born from inside the very platform redefining shopping behavior.
During six years at TikTok, Krys helped shape the early thinking that would evolve into TikTok Shop—starting with experimental commerce overlays on livestreams, from The Weeknd XR to fashion shows with brands like Puma and Alice + Olivia. What began as a simple layer on live experiences has since become TikTok’s first native e-commerce ecosystem and one of its largest global revenue drivers.
Seeing how quickly social commerce was advancing—and how slowly most brands were able to adapt—Krys launched Costrategist to serve as a true liaison between brands and this new landscape. The agency bridges strategy, content, creators, and conversion so brands are not just present on platforms like TikTok, but truly built to win on them.
